Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and confirmed private engagements invoiced by Systemintegrationhub. Informational pricing on the website is not a charge.
For open cohort seats, you may request a full refund up to 14 calendar days before the published start date. Requests received fewer than 14 days before start are considered for partial refunds only, as described below.
A full refund is available when (1) you cancel in writing within the timeframe above, or (2) we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a mutually acceptable transfer date.
If you cancel between 13 and 3 days before start, we refund 50% of the seat fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of start, or after materials access begins, are not eligible for a seat refund unless required by mandatory law.
Third-party exam fees (if any), travel we book on your behalf for on-site Companion days, and custom template development billed separately are non-refundable once work has started.
Email contact@systemintegrationhub.digital with your invoice number, seat holder name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your institution.
If enrollment numbers are too low or an instructor cannot be replaced, we may cancel or postpone. You may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra seat fee.
Documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel bans may qualify for goodwill transfers or partial refunds outside the standard windows, at our discretion and subject to unused capacity.
